A Christmas page and a sketch challenge for you

Supplies include the ever-so-lovely Jolly by Golly collection from Cosmo Cricket and journaling paper by Making Memories.

Throughout 2009, I’ve led a weekly challenge at UKScrappers called Scrap Like You Mean It, and we’re in the final few weeks of that year-long adventure. We’ve scrapped with different materials, different topics, different sizes and different designs to make sure we made time each week for something fun and crafty.

This week’s challenge is a sketch challenge based on the layout above from the December issue of Scrapbook Inspirations. The sketch is also available as a free digital download.

    Thanks so much for this download. I am a novice scapbooker/photographer (my husband has urged me to try my hand at all this—I think because he IS a photographer and he knows I love paper!) This template is a great way for me to get my feet wet.

    I love the layout, and the page – I love how you, and alot of people that go thru your classes, aren’t afraid to layer many different papers and textures…I need to work on that! Somehow it will work out!

    P.S. I am doing JYC for the first year and I totally LOVE taking an hour to myself each everning when I can put aside my marking and planning (yes, I’m a teacher!) and say enough is enough – it’s scrapping time! I want to keep up this idea for 2010!

    Hi Shimelle, I am currently in the process of moving and updating people with my new email address. I have some how managed to open two accounts with you and when I tried to update my intial one it wouldn’t let me because the email I wanted to update to was already in use.
