Oh, my! anything polaroid is most welcome. I actually have the new Polaroid printer given to me as Christmas gift by my darling hubby and I am having a blast but very pricey! I’ve gone through 3 packs so far, yikes! Thanks for the chance, love it and have a great weekend…

  2. Chelsey Says:

I have actually never taken a Polaroid! And as for typing a letter, it was in 4th grade when sending chain letters through the mail was all the rage! Ha!

  3. tape Says:

I think I may have typed a letter on a typewriter at school 20 years ago…

  4. adele Says:

Cute brooches! It was probably 20 years ago when I used up the last package from our Polaroid! I use a typewriter at work though – we are probably the only business in town that still uses one on a daily basis :)

  5. nothingprecious Says:

    go those are so cute.

    I don’t own a polaroid so I never took one since 15years.^^

But I do type my letters always, I write letters no emails, I like the vintage way and I like that you can keep them. I don’t own a typewriter anymore so I type them on my computer with a typewriter font and print and post ^^
I really need to find a new typewriter at a flea market.

  6. Claire Crompton Says:

I love Polaroid cameras and have just purchased a new one which is very cool, but a little pricey. I took a photo on my polaroid today of my little girl who was playing a chicken in her class assembly!!

  7. glee Says:

too cute; i miss my old polaroid. and so sad that kodak isn’t going to make cameras anymore either!

  8. Sophie Fagg Says:

Although I’ve never taken a polaroid (i do have a very old polaroid camera however but is for display use only!) i love looking at other peoples. The last time I typed a letter, it was for my father’s funeral as a way of saying goodbye

  9. Dawn Cheshire Says:

I’ve never taken a polaroid, love them though! Last letter I typed was to inform work of my intention to return after maternity leave!

  10. Cheryl T. Says:

I just recently bought an instax camera. It was a Christmas present to myself. Same idea but smaller pics. I just took a picture last week. Really fun. My son loves it!

  11. tammy b Says:

does photoshopping a picture to make it look like a polaroid count? i am currently on the lookout for a portable typewriter, so the letter may happen soon!

  12. Mary M. Says:

These are so cute, and the cute earrings on her site make me wish I had my ears pierced! =P I think the last time I used a typewriter was in high school…and I was one of the last people I knew to still have one!

  13. Kayla Lynn Says:

The last time I took a poloriod photo was about ten years ago. I remember my aunt had a poloriod camera when I stayed at her farm for a summer.

It’s been well over ten years since I’ve typed a letter on a typewriter. My grandma had one that I would play with and type up short stories.
Thanks for the chance to win!

  14. Darby Says:

I HAVE that Polaroid camera with the rainbow stripe :) It’s unusable now, but I can’t get rid of it. The last Polaroid picture I took was on an i-zone camera (the one that took mini photo stickers) about 10 years ago.

  15. LIndsey Says:

I have never had a polaroid camera. I used to type out recipes and copy pages from story books on a typewriter when I was 10. There may have been a couple thank you letters, I think. Now I use my daughter’s Barbie typewriter for journalling on layouts. The wonkier the better!

  16. Karen Walker Says:

I can’t remember the last Polaroid photo I took. Sadly we got rid of ours years before they went out of business. I type letters regularly, but often handwrite them before I mail them. I think more clearly on the word processor.

  17. Julia M. Says:

On an actual typewriter? – junior high? On a computer, sometime last year. Oh, and a polariod? When I was a kid in the ’80’s? Thanks for the chance to win!

  18. Julie Campbell Says:

Those brooches are so cute, Shimelle! Must get that typewriter! I just typed yesterday on my vintage ebay find. ;)

  19. jane Says:

I just bought an instax camera so I jut took a picture :) love! I dont know about a typewriter though, its been awhile however I was thinking I would love one to add typewritten notes to my layouts.

  24. Gunvor Says:

I never took a polaroid and the last time I typed a letter must be at least 10 years ago, but I must admit I miss the sound

  25. Debra Stoner Says:

In college…in the 80’s…whoa, I’m feeling older. Does anyone else remember pre-computer word processors?

  26. Lindsay Says:

I can’t even remember the last time I used a polaroid camera, which makes me sad! I do have vague memories of taking pictures with my friends when we were like 10 for some geeky club we were starting up… We wanted to make ID cards!

  27. Peta Says:

The typewriter and camera are fabulous! And I’ve had a look at the other brooches available and I’m loving the French Rabbit and the Dog – divine!

  28. Karen Williams Says:

last typed a letter on an actual typewriter at school- I own a lovely typewriter but I have no tape for it- I’d love some so i could use it

  29. Amelia Says:

Holy awesome! I love the badges! I also love polaroids, I took a picture last week on my izone – cutes. I have a type writer, and the last thing I typed was “hurrah, I have a typewriter, dear me, you are lovely, love from you”

  30. Tagati Says:

How funny. I still own a Polaroid and used it about three years ago to take a picture of my cats.

  31. Karen Scammell Says:

I don’t think i have used a polaroid but I remeber as a child my parents gave me an old typewriter and I used to use it all the time to write my stories
