The little rabbit embroidery is so cute – reminds me of childhoods books I had.
23 September 2011, 14:03
Yes, those little rabbits are so sweet. I’m feeling very autumnal so feel like making some new cushion covers in some lovely rich orangey fabric I have in my stash (though of course still have to unpack my stash after moving!).
23 September 2011, 14:10
Very cute. I’ve done only one or two stitch projects. It is ispiring me to do more since they are cute.
23 September 2011, 14:13
Soooooo cute!!! I don’t stich much. I do a little on my layouts but I definitely don’t have the talent that Kate has : )
23 September 2011, 15:08
I’ve dabbled in cross stitch in the past and at the moment I’m using stitching on some scrapping pages.
23 September 2011, 15:08
Absolutely lovely!!! The key ring is so cute!
23 September 2011, 15:11

This giveaway would be inspiring me to try! Thanks!
23 September 2011, 16:21
Wow, these are so cute! I don’t sew an awful lot, but I do have a cross-stitched tablecloth, which I started about 20 years ago, which I should probably get on and finish!
23 September 2011, 16:26
I’m just starting my sewing journey. I would just love to embroider something as fun as these.
23 September 2011, 16:46
These are very cute. My current sewing projects are Barbie clothes for DD. But I am taking part in a scrapbooking challenge which requires the use of stitching and ribbon, so I’m planning on including a flower embroidered using ribbon rather than thread.
23 September 2011, 17:11
I love these. I would love to have a go at free hand stitching. Cross stitching is what started my love of all crafts so I will will always fall back on the needle and thread, I think.
23 September 2011, 18:21
Just too cute!!! I have beginner embroidery kits and cross stitching sets in boxes/bags sitting on the shelf waiting for me to get started/finish up. These sure inspire me to pick them up again! Just lovely!
23 September 2011, 18:39
These are just so sweet! I am a huge fan of all stitchery!! Beautiful!! :)
23 September 2011, 18:46
Definitely inspiring me to try… again. Only stitchery tpe projects I’ve done were bookmarks but with all the knotting (and cussing and throwing at the wall) they ended up about an inch thick. Not brilliant bookmarks :D

24 September 2011, 00:44

24 September 2011, 02:52
These are just gorgeous. My little brother and I used to do cross stitch when we were kids but it must be 20 years ago. Would love to have a bash at these – maybe he’d have a go too.

What cute patterns. The colors are totally fun and fresh. I’ve been stitching again (yes by hand). So far I’ve completed a Needle-wallet, a sectional jewelry box that has 9 different motifs (shh don’t tell my sister its for Christmas)and a SAL (stitch-a-long) mystery sampler(just about done) and starting christmas towels for gifts this year. I love stitching. And free patterns? I’m in. Thanks Shimelle for a chance to win. I really want to win.

I would love to attempt embroidery and think the cute little bunnies would be a good starting point. Fingers crossed

LOVE!! I’ve only been sewing for about 18 months, and would love to be able to create little pieces of artwork like this…Lillipopo is incredibly talented!
25 September 2011, 15:48
Totally adore lilipopos work. The rabbit is sooo adorable. I would love to have a go at embroidering one on a pillow for my three year old daughter. We are reading the old ladybird books at the moment. The green umbrella and others. We both sit in an old golfing umbrella and hope the wind will take us somewhere magical. This prize would be such a beautiful reminder of our fun in the future :0)**
25 September 2011, 16:30
These are so pretty! I especially love the combination of hand-stitching and vintage fabric on the keyring, might have to have myself a go at that!
