Scrapbookers, what's inspiring you?

share a thought
may the world inspire
Those older pages yesterday made me itchy to write things with fancy letters but I didn’t know where to start. Hoping something will come to mind today.

So… what’s inspiring you lately?
May today be beautiful wherever you may be.

Being unable to scrap cos its all packed away in prep for our move has been inspiring me…can’t wait for some time and space at our new flat! Have loved the little peeks into your albums and hearing how you organise things. Need to start getting mine organised.

I get inspired with the visual feast of looking at everyone’s creations. There are a lot of very talented people out there. Thank you!

I actually have inspiration overload lately from spending way too much time on pinterest! Speaking of handwriting though, I want to take a stab at writing quotes etc. on smooth rocks. That will have to wait until I can get to the river next month.

In the meantime I had an idea for making a book of colours for my toddler. Might just work on that today!

The Edinburgh Fringe Festival guide was launched last Thursday and the combination of that, Twitter, highlighters, copious cups of tea and a notebook are really inspiring me right now – roll on August! From a scrapbooking POV, the posters theatre companies come up with to advertise their shows are always a great source of inspiration, so inventive.

Something really awful happened to me the other day. A stack of 180 boy related MME papers were stuck on a shelf in Hobbycraft and started screaming at me saying they were being abused and begging me to take them home. So I did. They will make great Father’s Day cards but I need to tidy my space up first. MME always helps inspire me, and classes and magazines too of course! :-) xx
