alannah's affirmation journal

if you ever read CK, you've seen this journal.  it's entitled 'i am' and alannah's page is actually in one of their subscription ads, with a sepia-toned design and a little glassine envelope filled with affirmations and a photo of alannah and her sons.  well, this is supposed to be self-affirming.

to me it is. 

perhaps it's not in the same sense as the other entries, but pah.  it is more positive than my first sketch, and *shrug* to me this is an accurate affirmation.  i guess i'm just not such an affirmation-ist? perhaps.

anyway. map and tarot paper from various little seattle shops.  the rabbitish one took my picture at quiznos on my superfun fuji instax camera.  we had to include a photo on the layout, so i didn't want to break the rules or anything. ;-) the only thing i am not happy about is how the starbucks logo became so central and not overlapped.  i wished i had connected it to the sunshine under the word strips.  but there i go, playing critic to my own affirmations.
