JYC Access Help

Hello!

I received Shimelle's email about the 2015 JYC boards, hooray for the start of Journal Your Christmas!

When I try to access any of the JYC boards (2015 and previous years) I am getting a message which states "You do not have the required permissions to read topics within this forum." I confirmed that I am logged in successfully and I can access another purchased class with no problem at all.

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

Did anyone of you get this fixed?

This is usually something that happens when you unknowingly have multiple accounts. (That happens when purchase classes with a different email address, basically.) We are working through these requests and will contact you by email if we haven't already.
