Looks like we've had trouble with one email provider today -- my apologies to anyone who did not receive their prompt in the usual manner.

You can find the prompt at the link Sarah posted above or email me and I will forward it to you again.

We're investigating why that provider decided not to like me today!!

Just an update -- we've found the source of the problem. Hotmail has tagged several of today's prompts for review -- they are slowly going through but arriving much later than when they were sent! (They were sent just after 5am today and it's now 10am here.)

You're still welcome to email me or download the prompt from the forum if you are waiting...just wanted to keep you updated.

Thank you for your help. I did realise that I could down load the prompt from here but thought you might not know that some emails were not getting through.
Just to let you know that the email still hasn't come through and it it 17.49!! Hotmail can be a pain

I haven't received any prompts in my inbox since 14th December.

It's not really a problem because I know I can get them from the forum, but I thought you might like to know anyway.

Any idea why this is happening?

Hi Bobs -- just looked up your email address and it's on the hotmail/MSN network so that's why yours aren't arriving. We are continuing to work with their requests -- we've changed the way we send emails, we've signed up for all sorts of programmes they use to ensure you're legit and not spammers, but in light of the security problems that hit the news regarding MS/IE, it appears that they have put all their email accounts on the highest security level and it keeps blocking the messages.

We've set up a secondary sending system that appears to have made it through to more of these addresses but clearly that didn't work for you either! So...I will have to talk to the technical types and get back to you!
