attaching a blinkie

I can't seem to figure out how to add the JYC08 blinkie to my signature. Feeling relatively silly about it, as I thought I knew a bit about these things. Any help would be appreciated.

Me neither! will wait & hope someone comes along to help! I can normally do it too, but this forum is set up differntly to the one i'm used to (UKS) & I can't figure it out! (I can't even suss out how to add a pic to my avatar, have tried, but not suceeded)

Ok, so you go to your User Contol Panel (in the red bit just under the santa picture above ^^^)

Click on the "profile" tab (unterneath "User Control Panel")

Click on "edit signature" (in the left hand menu)

Copy the html code for the blinkie and paste it into the space provided

Save (submit) and there you go!

Out of curiousity, where did you find that code? I went into the blinkie's properties and didn't see it.

Shimelle posted it on the thread for her competition thingy - there was one code for the signature blinkie, and one for the web/blog pages.

Can one attach this 'blinkie' to regular email? Like ones regular email account? Would like it on all my emails. Thanks for the tutorial or I would never have gotten it. Now to check out what an Avatar is!
