Hello,

I bought a new laptop and came to view some of my new class videos. However, instead of the video, I just see a grey box and a message on top saying I need a plug in to view it. I don't know what to download though so I can see them. Any suggestions?

This should be the flash plugin I guess. But isn't there also a link to Youtube? As far as I know you don't need Flash anymore on their site. And you can watch the video there too.

Maybe try this first before installing flash.
