Opening PDF problem

Hi:
When I try to open a PDF on the forum, I do not get the option to "Open" file only Save or Cancel. This has happened in the last few days. I could Open files before.
I tried going back to the Scrap Remix class and I had saved the e-mails. From my e-mails, I can access the PDF and I am given a choice to "Open", but not if I access on this forum.
I've just joined the JYC and wanted to have a look at the older PDFs to get a sense of the class.
I can Open files on other sites such as Two Peas. Is "Save" the only option on this forum now?
