I recently had an update to my Adobe reader and now I can no longer see the pdf files. I get the message "internal error". Has anyone else experienced this? How did you fix it? Thanks in advance!

Hi Judy -- is this still the case or are you all set now?

An internal error message means there is a problem with your software most likely, so it's hard for me to help. You may just need to run the install again as perhaps it didn't quite work the first time. It's also worth checking to see if it's affecting all PDFs or just some.
