Changing my email address

Hi Shimelle,

I've changed my email address in user control panel under 'profile' and 'edit account settings' but your emails are still coming to my old address. Is there anywhere else I need to update it as well?

Hi Louise,

Which emails are coming to your old address?

Before a class starts, changing your email address on the forum is all you need.

Once a class starts, there is a link at the bottom of each prompt to your subscriptions. If you want to change your email address in the middle of a class, you would also need to change it there.

If you have any more trouble, email me - shimelle@gmail.com. And let me know both the old and new email addresses so I can search to make sure there's not a stray account with the old email address.

The True Stories prompts all came to my old address but the emails about JYC 2010 and other things have come to my new one. Turns out changing email addresses is complicated and confusing! I think it should all be fine from now.
