changing my password

Sorry but I can't figure out how to change my password. I went to User Control Panel but don't see an option to change it.

Hello :) When you go into User Control Panel, you need to click on 'Profile' from the list on the left, and then 'Edit account settings' from the sub-menu that will appear. Hope that helps :)

I couldn't find user control panel in the top left. It just says quick links, then below Quick Links it says board index techy stuff how -to-information. If I click "quick links" there's a drop screen but I don't see User control Board. Am I in the right spot?
