Adding blog link

Hi Shimelle, I have added my blog link to my signature but it doesnt seem to work like the other girls, ie it doesnt change to red when mouse hovers or take my to the blog. What have i done wrong? Your help will be appreciated .

at the end -- the first one opens the url, the second one with the / closes the url.
