Just one thing to add to Shimelle's comprehensive reply! :) If you're having trouble getting the blinkie images in the first place, try right clicking on them (on the blinkie image itself, not the code); choose Save Picture As... from the menu that appears, and make sure it's a .jpg. Hope that helps...

Interesting question lol - I always assumed it was like 'Michelle' but with the 'm' and 'sh' sounds swapped over?! Apologies if I've been getting it wrong all this time!!
