Hiya! Nothing expires - everything has permanent access. The most likely answer is that you have two accounts - that happens if you have paid from multiple email addresses. If you know another email address you have used, I can merge the accounts for you so you can find everything with just one user...

You can change your username in the same place as your password and email address - the User Control Panel. Click on that at the top left of the screen, then go to Profile - Account Settings to change your username. It will show you an error if you try to take a name already on an account or if you ...

Hi Jennifer! That usually means you have more than one account (that happens when you've signed up via a different email address than you used before). Send me an email and let me know what other email address(es) you may have used, and from there we can find all the accounts and merge them for you....

This usually means something happened while you were downloading the file.
In the class materials section of the forum, you can download the prompt again and with a bit of luck that will solve your problem.
