I'm still waiting for access to two classes I bought on April 22. I have also sent an email about this. It shouldn't be taking this long, and I shouldn't have to try numerous social media options to get my class access.

PDF problem
Shimelle, I don't know if this problem is on my end or not, but I am finding I can't open the pdf files for Cover to Cover from my email. I get a message saying 'there was an error. access denied'. Day 1 was OK, but this has happened with days 2 and 3.
